When it comes to professional development, you need it and there are many options available. There are three critical factors in the decision-making process for what your development looks like: Money, Time, and Quality.
Reclaim Leadership wants to help make your decision for development simple. There is often a burden in attempting to figure out how to spend development dollars or even if you have dollars! Since you know the importance of personal and professional growth, lay that burden down.
Partnering with Reclaim Leadership will provide a more holistic and personal approach to your development. We go beyond a one-and-done conference or getting lost in a sea of collective coaching clients to provide a high quality, personalized experience.
The benefit of relationship brings personalized and individual support over time, focused on well-being and healthy growth in ministry. The support is relationally driven and its purpose is to creatively infuse hope for continued ministry.

The Financial Bottom-Line
After consulting pastors and getting input for the development program, we determined our goal is to keep the cost of your development at 3% of your annual budget.
Since our goal is not to exceed 3% of your annual budget, the Reclaim Leadership Ministry Leader Development Program is available for churches and mission agencies of all sizes and financial means. NOTE: There is a cap of 3%. Any organization with an annual budget of $500,000 or greater will be capped at a 3% amount or $15,000. The total monetary value of what is included exceeds $25,000, but the value to your team is immeasurable! Payment options are flexible with monthly, quarterly, or annual payments.
As you look at setting your annual budget, you must consider the amount available for development. How much is the right amount to spend on the well-being of the ministry leadership and staff? You are looking at conferences and other coaching networks, books, and resources. It can be daunting trying to figure out if funds are available and how best to use them.
Here is the bottom line, take 3% of your annual budget up to the cap and consider your ministry leader development need for well-being covered. The program is a one-year commitment, and you determine if the value is worth renewing the following year.
