Michelle Harrell
Michelle served as the Pastor of Care & Counseling at her church for the last 8 years. She has been in ministry for 22 years building a care ministry and equipping others to care for the body. Her passion is walking with people who struggle with life’s challenges. Listening, encouraging, and reminding them that they are not alone, and that God is on the journey with them. She has been able to use her skills from serving as a pastor, being a trained Stephen Minister, Biblical counselor, and trauma responder, to see God move in many ways. In addition to serving mission teams in Russia and the Congo, Michelle enjoys bringing a quiet spirit to the coaching relationships she engages.
She married her high school sweetheart Bob, 44 years ago. They have 3 adult kids and 2 grandkids they love to spoil along with a 4-legged child named Lucy. Together they serve their local church as life Group leaders and Marriage Mentors.

His ability to listen and speak wisdom creates the perfect climate for a coaching relationship. He is passionate about helping people understand how God has created them wonderfully and uniquely in His image and how He is calling them to steward their gifts and abilities to advance His kingdom. Bruce’s main focus (when he isn’t on the golf course) Is to make disciples of Christ as he facilitates men’s groups in Primemovers and LinksPlayers ministries and serves as a Marketplace Chaplain and board member of Poiema Foundation.
Bruce and Margaret have been married over 51 years and enjoy spending time in Illinois and Colorado with their daughter’s and son’s families. They have five grandkids and also love the five special dogs in their lives.
Mark Burkholder
Mark has been in full-time ministry for over 30 years in roles as missionary, associate pastor, and director of personnel and member care for a missions sending agency. Mark is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (since 2010), providing clinical expertise to his coaching work. He recently completed coursework as a Professional Development Coach. He has mentored couples and singles in major ministry transitions, guided ministers preparing for a sabbatical leave, counseled church personnel as they wrestle with burnout and disillusionment and continues to advocate for best practices for all those who work under the banner of Christ's church.
Mark is married and couldn't have accomplished the above without the support of his wife. They have two cool sons, two lovely daughters-in-law and their first perfect grandchild. He does his best thinking on a bike, backs it up with a cup of freshly ground and brewed single-origin coffee (Read: snob), and plows through a variety of books each year. He has his own private practice for those seeking personal coaching on deeper life issues or psychotherapy.
